Expert Workforce - leads, coaches and develops a team to enable high performance. Knowledge Management – grows and manages technical knowledge of the functional area for future reuse. Deliver to Project and Business Goals – deploys team to deliver on time, accurate knowledge, and tasks for current and future product activities. Ensures design for quality methodology is followed.
