What is the role?

As we build a new Product Development team in Rayong Thailand, we need the best design and development engineers to bring their experience and skills to work alongside our NZ-based experts.
• Designing and developing engineered packaging solutions across various home appliances categories like cooking, dishwashing, and refrigeration from concept to mass production.
• Identify sustainable packaging material solutions, understanding mechanical properties and manufacturing processes to optimize packaging designs to deliver robust solutions.
• Conducting physical testing which may involve designing test rigs to evaluate the performance of packaging materials and designs.
• Planning and problem-solving with a track record of consistently delivering projects on time and within budget, meeting, or surpassing requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers and factory to optimize packaging designs for cost-effectiveness and efficiency in production and distribution.
