Responsibilities: 1. Assisting Landscape Manager to develop and maintain a comprehensive landscape maintenance plan for the resort. 2. Lead the team including the foreign workers in the execution of daily tasks, including watering, mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and fertilizing. 3. Assist in the design and implementation of new landscaping projects, using the knowledge of plants, soil, and irrigation systems to ensure the success of each project. 4. Monitor the health of all trees, plants, and flowers on the property, identifying any pests or diseases that may be affecting them and taking corrective action as necessary. 5. Making recommendations for any replacement plant/flower or additional care as needed. 6.
