The successful candidate would be responsible for:
• Provide initial (first line) support for Microsoft Dynamics GP and Feed Mill Manager and 3rd party systems;
• Provide end-user support; assist with end-user training and the creation of documentation and manuals;
• Development of reports (Smartlist, SSRS and Power BI) will form a key part of this role;
