We are looking for a Factory Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our factory. The ideal candidate will effectively manager the production employees and ensure targets are met.

Responsibilities in this role include preparing and attending management meetings, participating in conferences, ensuring timely filing of reports and correspondence, conducting regular electronic file backups, maintaining strict confidentiality, assuming responsibility for specific accounts and systems as directed by management, and adhering to Health & Safety, Environment and Quality requirements/standards and legislations.

Daily Duties:
• Ensure that the factory is opened on time.
• Ensure work tasks are allocated to the Production employees.
• Ensure that production commences according to the schedule.
