Our client, one of South Africa's FMCG favourites, is looking for a Group eCommerce Finance Specialist to join their team in Pinetown to support suppliers & retailers to reconcile the financial performance of the portfolio by recording, analysing, and interpreting accounting records to contribute to accurate & complete financial reporting for the group.

Key Performance Areas:

Reconciliation of accounts & resolving of outstanding balances & reconciling items
Preparation of accruals, provisions, & posting of journals
Performing month-end procedures
Cash flow budget & forecast preparation & analysis
Monthly reporting on debtors' & creditors status
Preparations of budgets & forecast
Analysis & review of reconciliation to retailers & vendors
Review of balance sheet recons
Review & approval of payments
Management of staff
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, company policies, & relevant regulations
Uphold security measures & authorization levels
