Assist with conducting special studies, providing technical advice and assessing the productivity, effectiveness and efficiency of the Personnel Security Unit program operations.
• Apply knowledge of process improvement, performance management, and change management in support of the organizations improvement of its Personnel Security Unit.
• Research and analyze basic and complex issues surrounding the processes and data base systems used in the Personnel Security Unit when needed and provide written reports as required.
• Analyze and evaluate on a quantitative or qualitative basis the effectiveness of line program operations in meeting established goals and objectives.
• Make recommendations to improve processes and work efficiencies in the Personnel Security Unit.
