• Identify suitable locations for new and existing brands, oversee store remodeling, and manage store relocations.
• Negotiate favorable lease terms for new stores and lease renewals.
• Conduct analysis of existing store performance and make recommendations for closing unprofitable stores.
• Evaluate the sales potential of new store locations using various market research methods such as traffic flow analysis, competition comparison, and population records.
