Outbound Logistics Assistant Manager

Job description:
• Monitor overall order from receiving allocation until delivery to store cooperate with DC team, Invoicing team, and COE team.
• Daily monitor outbound output both quantity and quality (lead time) based on DC production capacity.
• Daily monitor all order pending delivery in DC and clean it up within agreed timeline.
• Ensure overall outbound operation process runs smoothly without any bottle neck.
• Monitor overall 3PL warehouse & transporter performance as of KPI and lead of business review with all 3PL and logistics vendor monthly basis.
• Ensure inventory in DC is accuracy based on service level agreement.
• Perform stock adjustment in SAP if needed.
• Lead and cooperate with Inventory team (store stock count team) to perform year-end stock taking upon SOP and ensure 3PL warehouse perform stock count efficiency and accuracy.
• DC and transport cost monitoring and find cost-effective solution for outbound /transport processes.
