Contract Understanding: Effectively comprehend contract documents, scope of work, and execution plans to develop a baseline schedule. This includes setting up WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), activity codes, calendars, and resource loading to ensure accurate project planning.

Progress Measurement System: Understand and apply contractual and internal progress measurement standards to establish a robust progress measurement system. Develop reporting calendars, templates, S-curves, histograms, and quantity spreads to track and report project progress accurately.

Schedule and Progress Management: Collaborate with project teams and vendors to diligently update the schedule and progress. Conduct variance analysis, identify mitigation measures, and run schedule scenarios to ensure timely project execution.
