Responsibilities:
• Manage the CEOs work calendar and personal schedule, prioritizing, scheduling, and confirming meetings and personal events.
• Work closely with the CEO to be well-informed of upcoming commitments, responsibilities, and follow-up.
• Organize and prepare for agenda, meetings, documents for approval and consideration.
• Coordinate between parties to follow up on the reports and remaining tasks.
• Coordinate and prepare regarding venue, meeting equipment, etc. for team meetings. Consultation with various agencies Both inside and abroad or any meeting that the executives determine.
• Make appointments, travel arrangements, and reimbursement.
• Assist in project planning for related company / personal events.

Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
• Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
