JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
(Supervisory responsibilities)
 Overall responsible for the day-to-day running of an allocated area of an estate/division as assigned by the Estate Manager.
 Reporting to the Plantation Manager will oversee all field operation activities for oil palm.

(Essential responsibilities)
 Planning, organizing, implementing and controlling day-to-day operations on the allocated estate areas as assigned.
 Ensure that the costs and standard of work conform to the requirements of the specification.
 Support Plantation Manager and planning of estate operation.
 Assisting the Manager in maintaining smooth administration in line with company procedures.
 Reporting to the Manager over non-compliance and any relevant matters and issues.
