Job Description
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Facilitate the onboarding process for newly hired employees
• Responsible for HRIS encoding and monitoring of 201 files
• Process ATM and account enrollments
• Create and issue company IDs
• Maintain and update employee database and 201 files
• Manage off-boarding process

Qualifications
• Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or other related field.
• With experience in the recruitment field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient in using Canva
