The job holder shall be involved in the development of business/facility maintenance strategy and solve reliability and availability losses through the application of reliability technology and tools to enable the plant to meet its business plan and strategy and therefore the customer’s need. He/She shall communicate and coordinate with external suppliers and with internal and external customers to ensure the proper conduct of reliability procedures and analysis are executed accordingly.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate of Engineering, preferably Licensed
• 5-7 years work experience in Plant Maintenance Engineering
• Willing to work at the Plant, Batangas City; 100% work-on-site
