The job holder will be in charge of the management of the LMS platform of the company. Oversees the setup of the LMS, ensuring its digital content aligns to organization objectives and fits the learner’s needs and preferences, as well as it’s integration to other internal/external learning and development systems. LMS Admin provides daily user support such as creating profiles, granting access, assigning permissions, fixing basic technical issues, and in contact with LMS vendor for updates. He/she is adept with LMS trends and enhancements, such as uses of gamification, badges, leaderboards. He/she is able to establish clear guidelines for the administration of the LMS. He/She monitors and conducts an evaluation of the program, creates reports such completion rates, participant feedback and engagement, and understands how ROI could be met. He/she also recommends improvements necessary.
