• *Job Overview/Summary**:
The Data Clerk will be responsible for entering patient’s demographic data and patients’ visit data from IRC supported health facilities, community health data from Community health Worker/Volunteers, data from partners and submitting weekly reports, managerially reporting to the Senior Officer- Health data. S/he will report directly to the Senior Officer- Health Data. S/he will work with the DHIS-2 focal point at the targeted PHCCs and emphasizes PHC level data quality, timely reporting, and regular feedback and system responsiveness once feedback has been received. Provide technical assistant to the PHCCs to produce a standard dashboard for monthly activities. the data Clerk will ensure all targeted PHCCs are trained and have the required standardized tools and IT equipment for data collection, entry .
