Starting Salary: Market related Key Performance Areas: RECEPTIONIST DUTIES - Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. - Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. - Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook. - Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for office phone and console operation. - Request Money for the Hub /Parking Doctors fees, consulate fees etc, compile Fno: of the HUB’s to balance Cash requests. - Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. - Ensure that branches provide excellent funeral services by managing branch complaints and complements report.
