Job Descriptions
• Report to Senior Executive.
• Execute purchasing functions according to company objectives, policies and procedures.
• 4M change/ Special Accept control.
• New model (transfer) control.
• Model EOL control.
• Supplier's payment control.
• Source, analyze quotations and negotiate prices with suppliers.
• Optimize the overall cost of materials and ensure that materials supply equals demand.
• Responsible to issue the purchase order by using the SAP/MRP system and provide forecast for sub material and other items to suppliers.
• Responsible to issue the purchase order by using the SAP/MRP system and provide forecast for LC and KD parts to suppliers.
• Ensure all purchase orders are placed with pricing and terms & conditions that are negotiated and agreed.
• Follow up and expedite the delivery from the supplier to avoid any line down.
