• Perform routine diagnostic checks on automated systems, monitor automated systems, and isolate problems.
• Troubleshoot non-functioning components including servos, sensors, and control components
• Maintain and update piping & instrumentation diagarm (P&ID) for all automation and instrumentation of the plant.
• Communicate critical findings for immediate resolution and keep complete record of all automation and instrumentation equipment.
• Contributes on reducing maintenance-related machine downtime.
• Submits monitoring report of automated system to immediate superior
• Train/orient operators, initiate testing and verify functionality.
• Drives improvement by promoting and supporting TPM in the plant.
• Adhere to safety rules, regulations and programs so that a safe environment is maintained.
• Follow company EHS, GMP, & HACCP policies.
• Reports directly to the Plant Maintenance Supervisor
