We’ve an exciting opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic operational manager to lead our local team in one of our centres.

You’ll be at the frontline of our business, changing lives by identifying and securing sustainable employment opportunities for the long term unemployed.

Our people are our greatest assets and we’d like you to coach and mentor our team to fulfil their potential and deliver superior performance and ensure an exceptional level of service for our clients and contracting authorities.

Ideally you’ll currently operate as a middle manager within the retail or contract services sectors and be ready to take the next step.

We need your strong interpersonal skills and your excitement of meeting new challenges in a different and rewarding sector. Some experience of developing collaborative relationships with stakeholders would be of benefit too. This role is part of the Local Area Employment Service contract.
