JOB OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an energetic applicant to join our dynamic team as a Human Resource Assistant who will be entrusted to perform mainly work permit and work visa-related tasks.

Responsibilities

As an HR Assistant, the new member will be assigned to liaise and ensure the smooth functioning of all work permit related matters including regularly updating work visa. Additionally, he/she will be required to transport official documents to Government offices, Lawyers and to partners

Requirements

Should have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Should be confident and able to multi task with composure and disperse responsibilities on timely manner. Should also be able to undertake tasks independently whilst self-organization and having a target-oriented mindset with good observational and record keeping skills together with expo-sure to usage of computer-based applications and spread sheets would definitely be an added attribute
