Duties/ Responsibilities

Primary:
• Carry out production scheduling, planning, coordination and follow-up tasks.
• Monitor production schedules to ensure that orders are fulfilled on time, in full and in the best possible quality.
• Track job progress against plan and revise production schedule if issues are found in production line or changes in priorities.
• Anticipate, monitor and resolve production issues to minimize delays and costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure plan and schedules are executed smoothly and efficiently.
• Carry out production capacity planning activities to ensure sufficient capacity to support forecast.
• Track production yields by processes to enable efficient scheduling to minimize wastage of excess production.
• Responsible to prepare reports timely and accurately as required.
• Track and report production metrics and performance.

• Implement a continual improvement task for production control & planning activities.
