• Development and documentation of processes
• Prepares and maintains project plans and tracks activities against the plan, providing

systematic and accurate reporting structures
• Estimates costs, timelines s and resource requirements for the successful completion of each

project
• Proactive in addressing business/departmental needs in order to secure project deliverables
• Maintains weekly project plans, ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met
• Manages the change and control procedure gaining agreement for revisions to the project

from different stakeholders.
