Responsibilities:
• · Plan, create, and edit written and visual content targeting employees, clients, and programs.
• · Develop and execute creative internal and external marketing campaigns to promote engagement and increase readership.
• · Work cross-functionally with teams across the company to align on communication goals, channel strategy, and messaging.
• · Work with the recruiting team to build assets to attract new employees and meet aggressive growth needs.
• · Works with various teams to create compelling marketing collateral.
• · Partner with the designer to develop complementary visuals for internal and external use when appropriate.
• · Assist with creating and distributing bi-monthly newsletters.
