The company is looking for a proficient Group Controller to join their team in Brussels, Belgium.In this role, you'll oversee financial operations, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, and ensuring compliance across all subsidiaries. Job description The function of Group Controller will be at the center of all the financial group activities. You will be part of the change, supporting the organisation in its development and growth :
• Prepare and analyse financial statements
• Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor performance against forecasts
• Establish and maintain internal controls for regulatory compliance
• Implement and oversee cash pooling and factoring processes
• Collaborate with business leaders to support financial needs and drive improvements
