The global purpose of the IT Expert role is to provide & maintain an integrated, efficient, compliant and user-driven ICT environment connecting people and enabling smooth & reliable end-to-end processes.

• Execute and maintain ICT&S governance and related procedures.
• Serves as main point of contact for all ICT&S issues.
• Support the Business Project Manager in implementing the ODOO ERP System.
• With the ERP Project Manager & community of practice, lead on developing business need based dashboard using Power BI.
• Set up the ICT&S Budget, approves and monitors ICT&S expenditures, set up relevant KPIs, analyses and reports regularly to take necessary actions to improve results and ensure performance.
