HR Operations Coordinator

The Alternative is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR operational tasks with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

We expect the successful candidate to be a subject matter expert in Cyprus HR operations field, as we’ll rely on your expertise in your area of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

HR Operations (75%):

· Provide migration support for new hires, transfers, and terminations coordinating with our migration providers.
