Job Summary

Responsible for accounting transactions, invoice receiving, month-end closing and balance sheet breakdown to ensure transactions recorded in compliance with SPBT’s policies.

Job Responsibilities

Review and verify T&E reimbursement is complied with policy and supported with appropriate document and approval prior to payment

Perform invoice receiving process in SAP to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with both internal and external requirements.

Including but not limited to :

Proper GL account, cost center and other specific requirement
• Tax regulation VAT / Suspense VAT, WHT rate etc.
• Proper approval on supporting document
• Prepare journal entries to record prepaid / accrual for intercompany transaction related including review and approve JV from direct report to ensure financial information presented in proper period as part of the monthly closing process
• Prepares and analyzes financial and operational reports (P&L driver)
