Job Summary

Lead and manage the packaging line towards the achievement of its objectives, maximize line efficiency, deliver supply volume as business required at optimum cost, and meet quality standards.

Create Productivity Project to improve Machine efficiency and Cost Saving. Proactive with strong commitment to achieve target.

Job Responsibilities
• To ensure the process preparation of raw materials, packaging materials, supply volume plan as per production requirement, CIP activities in the efficient, clean, sanitary manner, and meet quality standards as specified.
• To ensure that the machine is operated in the most efficient, safe, economical and continuous way at its optimum capacity and coordinate with maintenance to ensure machine in good condition for production.
• To ensure that the cleanliness of the facilities and its surroundings in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
