• Commercial and organizational responsibility for the entire subsidiary, including all business units and all general departments (e.g. Finance, Human Resources, Corporate Services);
• Communication and cooperation with Fronius International and other subsidiaries;
• Drive the growth of the business and development of suitable organizational structures and processes based on Fronius’ corporate standards, in collaboration with the responsible colleagues per business unit or department at Fronius;
• Contact person for governmental or other authorities, political stakeholders and relevant institutions, with a pro-active communication approach;
• Primary responsibility for financial and legal compliance;
• Coordination of preparation of the annual business plan and responsibility for implementation;
• Continuous review and documentation of achievement of targets in the business plan;
