Job Description, Responsibilities And Duties
• Preparation of work contracts, annexes, agreements on work performed outside the
• Employment relationship, monitoring contractual time of employment
• You cooperate with managers, HR, payroll department and other stakeholders
• You provide entry training courses, health checks, instructions for new employees
• You are responsible for personal files of employees
• You make job offers for specified position
• You help with any HR related activities and events
• You work with the labor code
• You do research for any new upcoming HR topics and you stay up to date with any new
• Changes regarding the employment law
• You work closely with HR manager and HR Team

Requirements For The Employee
• Secondary with school-leaving examination
• Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
• University education (Bachelor's degree)
• University education (Master's degree)
• Postgraduate (Doctorate)
