The main scope of the Quality Department is both Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC). In the team we are supporting in the creation of procedures, policies, instructions, standards, and records of non-conformities. Within the scope of the Quality Department we also handle the compliance of the Quality Management System (QMS) to the Vestas Standards and resolution of Customer concerns. Important part of Quality Department support is ongoing support of ISO 9001 activities and requirements as well as Customer audits, visits and inspections.
