As the Head of Digital Product Line Management, you will play a crucial role in leading Hempel's digital transformation efforts in relation to our business support functions - our commercial Decorative segment as well as Finance and P&C. Working closely and collaboratively with cross-functional product teams and hybrid teams that combine digital and business expertise, you will drive the development and implementation of agile digital strategies to meet our business goals.

A key focus of this role will be value creation, by spearheading the strategic digital transformation of our Decorative business line, supporting and enabling future growth potential.
