As our new Talent Acquisition Partner you will be joining our newly established (and truly diverse!) global Talent Acquisition team with colleagues all across the world, from Europe to Americas, China to Kuwait, Australia, etc. You will play a key role in delivering Hempel’s ambitious target of doubling the company’s revenue by 2025. To support this goal, we are in the process of developing a world-class Talent Acquisition function, delivering operational excellence in the end-to-end recruitment processes and strategic talent pipelining to meet future demand.
