Nature of Work in this Position:The primary responsibility of this position is to receipt member premium payments along with greeting and directing members to proper departments. The incumbent serves as the “face” of the company for all visitors and is responsible for the first impression made.

Illustrative Examples of Work:

· Opens the door before 8:00am greets and directs members to proper department.

· Receive and posts payments. On a daily basis, close and balance amounts posted to the Health, Property and Casualty, and Accounting software.

· Submits daily collection reports to Accounting including its deposit slip.

· Scans health payments daily and update Enrollment excel file.

· Receives claims and release checks to providers and members.

· Prepares monthly claim recovery collections and submit to Accounting.
