Restaurant Manager - Healthy Cafe - Hoi An

Responsibilities:
• Help build out nature-centric seating arrangement, 'zen' theme, and healthy menu
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including developing SOPs for staff
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve customer complaints
• Create and use an inventory management system, responsible for sourcing supplies
• Implement POS with support of owner and train staff
• Support general manager with some financial aspects; responsible for F&B profit
• Work on marketing (optionally with support of freelancers)
• Organize community meal events
• Support with maintenance of the facilities (coordinate with contractors, etc.)
• KPIs: customer satisfaction, staff satisfaction, profit (in 3 areas)
• Later: work on expanding the same concept or new F&B concepts in Hoi An/Da Nang
