Position Vacant: Packaging Supervisors

Function: Supply Chain

Location: Port Moresby

We have an immediate requirement for a Packaging Supervisor – Port Moresby, to join our Packaging Team in Port Moresby, reporting to the Packaging Manager.

Main Duties will include:
• Ensure packaging lines are prepared according to production plan.
• Identify, resolve and document problem encountered by packaging.
• Request for the required raw materials to be used during the shift and organise and arrange technicians to operate machine in order to achieve the set target.
• To follow up and adjust daily packaging plan in order to meet the weekly target and also the short-term plan.
• Check preventive maintenance program for each machine in packaging hall.
• Planning and assigning the first line maintenance, cleaning and quality control tasks effectively to each team member for each job station.
