Crewplanning is responsible for ensuring efficient and optimal shift planning of crew distributed across all the Nordic bases.

About The Position

In Sunclass we are about 850 flying colleagues divided into pilots and cabin crew. We are looking for a crewplanner who will work closely with the other planners as well as colleagues in long-term planning, the training department and Operation Control Centre, who together are responsible for the everyday life of our flying colleagues. The work consist of planning crew in 4 week blocks, planning of training activities and follow up on days-off requests.

In addition, statistics, reports, ad hoc tasks together with optimazation processes and KPI’s are among daily tasks.

Must Haves

Who we are looking for
• Minimum 2 years experience with shift planning
• Proficiency in english, both in writing and speaking
• Knowledge in at least one of the Scandinavian languages
• High IT understanding - used to digital tools and processes
