We are looking for a Head of Training to lead our Training department in Sunclass Airlines.

About The Role

The Head of Training is accountable to and reports to the Accountable manager/Managing Director and is responsible for all mandatory training and checking in Sunclass Airlines.

The Head of Training is liaising with CAA on legislation and training standards and is the owner of the OM D and ATO manual and ensures they are kept up to date. Head of Training is responsible for organizing and completing mandatory training defined in OM D, to ensure crew are qualified to operate.

Head of Training will participate in training related meeting outside the company. The Head of Training will plan training for new pilots and cabin crew when the Director of Flight Operations (DFO) requests more crew for the operation.
