As Manufacturing Engineer, you are responsible for an entire production line and its team at our plant in Battice, Belgium. You supervise the various production operations of your line, in the best conditions of costs and deadlines, in compliance with the safety and quality standards expected by our customers.
• You ensure the development of your team members.
• You manage production campaigns, and optimise your line's performance and productivity to meet efficiency, quality, volume and sustainability targets.
• You are responsible for compliance with product specifications.
• You analyse quality complaints, identify causes, define corrective action plans and implement them.

Your profile
• You hold a Master's-level technical degree in applied sciences
• You have a first experience in an industrial environment
• You are an analytical thinker, rigorous, organised and pragmatic
• You are a team person and you enjoy communicating with your team and other colleagues
