Under general supervision, you are part of the Customer Service Team. In addition you are directly in charge of the management of a defined portfolio of existing customers, managing the customer relationship and executing the defined sales plan, while maximising sales volume whenever possible. You work with both customers and internal departments within the organisation to ensure that customer needs are met, customer orders are processed correctly and on-time. You are in charge of shipping verification, pricing verification and maintains customer contact, enter customer feedback into a database and ensure follow up on common problems. You are involved in invoice verification as well as generating and distributing customer reports.

PROFILE
• You hold a bachelor level degree in international trade, business administration or sales management. A technical background is a plus (engineering, chemistry, technical sales...).
