Responsibilities:
• Analyze the mobile and IT equipment market in the CIS and develop strategies for entering and strengthening positions in the region
• Define key objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for monitoring the execution of strategic tasks
• Develop partnerships with existing vendors
• Diversify sales channels, including wholesale and retail networks, online sales, and corporate clients
• Organize and optimize internal company business processes to increase operational efficiency
• Manage the company's budget, control financial indicators, and ensure financial stability
