Our Exciting Opportunity:

We are now looking for a Domain Support Specialist to secure technical capability as part of Automated Ops 24/7 running of Services & includes diagnosis, fast domain support, routine resource fulfilment & field technical support. This Job Role is responsible for the coordination, management and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities. This shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

You will:
• Monitor and perform troubleshooting activity on a 24/7 basis: real-time operational control of RAN, IP Fixed and Mobile Transport Collection (including PTN, Omega Collection), Fixed Access equipment (OLT and DSLAM) systems, ensuring the efficient collection of Radio, Mobile Access, OLT, and DSLAM streams.
