Disability Support Worker

We are currently hiring a support worker to join our dynamic team.

The role of the support worker will entail:

● Being part of a forward thinking team to facilitate exciting community opportunities and

support independent living in the lives of the people we support

● Providing direct support to people on the autism spectrum in the community and their

own homes

● Attend clinical meetings and provide feedback to the lead consultant clinical

psychologist

● Attend training in our in-house specialized Low Arousal Approach. This will equip you

with the tools to create systems of support around individuals to manage stress and

trauma.

The ideal candidate will

● Be comfortable with lone working

● Experienced in working with people with disabilities

● Have a full clean driving license

● Have a minimum QQI level 5 healthcare or equivalent

● Have a sense of fun
