Currently we have a great opportunity to join our Service Business Team as Subregional Service Business Manager. In this role you will be responsible for customer management and service sales in the Nordics. Together with your team, you are responsible for the achievement of the set service sales targets (including service contracts, services and spare parts) for all installed base in this region and that customer satisfaction is high.

You will manage a team of Customer Care Managers, Customer Support Administators, Customer Support Coordinators and Spare Parts coordinators, mostly located in Norway (Averoy and Lillestrøm ) and Denmark (Aarhus). You are expected to live close to either Averoy, Lillestrøm or Aarhus and to visit your team on your non-primary locations at least ones a month.
