CAREER OPPORTUNITY - FIELD MANAGER

Our client, an equipment rental company, is seeking to recruit a detail oriented and motivated individual to fill the position of Field Manager.

The Role

The Field Manager will report to the Managing Director and be responsible for:
• Supervising Operators and Banksmen onsite and in the field.
• Overseeing jobs to ensure lawful instructions and safety precautions are adhered to and verifying jobs are being done to specification.
• Liaising with the customer and/Dispatcher to confirm details of request for equipment and confirming the schedule date and time of the job with the customer.
• Recording all jobs in the crane app.
• Dispatching Operators/Banksmen to jobs.
• Validating job tickets by checking and reviewing details on completed jobs.
• Responding to job site emergencies and weekend calls for service and mobilising assistance as required.
