Minimum requirements:
• Red Seal, Trade Tested Diesel/Tractor Mechanic
• Must at least have 2 to 3 years experience as a tractor mechanic and Braud harvester experience will strengthen the application.
• Own Transport & Valid Drivers license

Key performance indicators include:
• Evaluate and diagnose machinery and equipment
• Dismantle, fit and assemble parts and components for a variety of machinery
• Repair of equipment under warrantee and Pre-Delivery Inspection Services (PDI)
• Maintain internal and external stakeholder relations
• Provide critical customer feedback to management
• Deliver Quality work to clients
• Organise own work
• Report functional information (Timesheet/Job card)
• Upkeep of Apprentice Artisan logbook
• Apply practices, policies, standards, procedures and methods
• Maintained workshop hygiene, housekeeping and safety practices
• Achieved individual and team goals
