Technical Account Manager

The Technical Sales Rep will be responsible to introduces, promote and market products directly to clients. Responsible for providing sales support, involving specialised agricultural mechanisation products. Provides guidance and expertise in area of specialisation (including, but not limited to product demonstration, customisation, implementation). Conduct market research to enable competitive positioning.

Requirements
• Relevant National Diploma in Sales & Marketing
• 4+ years related experience with mechanized agriculture and related products or similar
• Ability to effectively communicate and/or negotiate

Key performance indicators
• Ability to execute in a diverse environment by building a deep understanding of the mechanisation portfolio - understanding of key customer needs and requirements, business data analysis, processes, and scenario modelling
• Assist with all sales activities, ensuring sales targets are met in accordance with laid down policies and procedures
