Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Laboratory Technician at the National Malaria Control Program located in Hargeisa. The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests and experiments, analyzing samples, recording and interpreting data, and maintaining lab equipment and supplies. They will also collaborate with a team of scientists and researchers to support malaria control efforts and contribute to data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biomedical Science, or a related field
• Prior experience working in a laboratory setting, preferably in the field of medical research or public health
• Knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures, including sample collection, processing, and analysis
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment, instruments, and software
