Full time Project Manager/ Administrator required for busy property development consultancy company in Maynooth, Co. Kildare.

Experience – 0-3 years, ideal candidate will have a qualification in Project Management/ Civil Engineer/ Building Surveying /Quantity Surveying or similar

Hours: 8.30-5.30 Mon – Fri.(office based, Maynooth, free parking)

• Assisting in the preparation of Project Execution Plans: This will involve proposing and analysing development strategies with senior staff members
• Tracking progress of Tender Document Preparation
• Updating Progress reports for clients and/or funders
• Risk Analysis: monitoring mitigation actions as they are being closed
• Updating and amending variety of reports
• Managing project administration and following up on actions
• Attending client and design team meetings
• Recording minutes
• Interacting with all Design Team
• Site visits
